Services

We provide professional services for the software products offered. Services are available to our end-user clients and sales partners:

  • Training Programs. We offer training programs to students, clients and potential clients, seminar, individual and online training.
  • Software Service Agreement (SSA). By signing SSA, clients receive free of charge hotline support, product patches, updates and new versions launched during the contract period. Тhe SSA is conducted for one year and the annual fee depends on the software and the number of licenses purchased.
  • Hotline. We provide professional technical support services via phone and email. Clients with a valid SSA will receive hotline support at no additional cost. For more datailed information and prices, please contact us.

Allplan Supported Versions

  • Technical support - Allplan Deutschland GmbH and IRM Ltd. support the current Аllplan 2018 and the two previous versions: 2017 and 2016.
  • Data conversion - we provide support in converting Allplan data between the current Allplan 2018 and the three previous versions - 2017, 2016 and 2015.
  • Update - eligible for update to the newest Allplan 2018 are versions 2017, 2016 and 2015.

Allplan Connect

  • Allplan Connect,  the international internet portal for Allplan users provides software download, a variety of e-learning material, user forums and CAD objects for isualisations.
